Due to the current uncertainty and spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) we are changing the working patterns of some of our call centre operators.
This means that we are asking our customers to use the App or automated phone system when booking. If you do not currently have the automated service when you call, by using the automated service we can also add the option for a taxi which accepts card payments. You can request this by speaking to an operator now, or download the app by searching Sky Cabs in the App Store.
